The Ponndorf Pump Range offers pumps with flowrates to 265 GPM and
Pressure Capabilities to 220 psig. The pumps come in a variety of configurations.
Ponndorf Drives come in a variety of enclosures and accepts a range of
Inputs/Outputs for automated control. Single and dual head designs are
available. Various tubing materials are also available to meet the individual needs
of the customer.

Ponndorf Peristaltic Pumps have the following features:

The pumps can be run dry and are capable of pumping mixed
(liquid/vapor) flow.
The pumps will pull a 26 ft suction lift.
There are no valves and the only wetted parts are the hose and
connection nozzles.
Maintenance is done in place and takes anywhere between 10 and 40
minutes to complete a typical rebuild. This will depend upon the pump
model and the experience level of the millwright.
The pumps are reversible.
The pumps impart very low shear to the pumped fluid.
The pumps can handle thin and viscous pumpages..
The discharge pressure capability of the pumps ranges to 220 psi.
There is a broad spectrum of materials available for the wetted portion (the
hose and connectors). The wetted material for the pump can be changed
easily and inexpensively. Any type of connectors can be fitted to the pump
including hose connectors, ANSI Flanges and Sanitary Tri-Clamp
Connectors
Options include control input/output capability, variable speed drives and
leak detectors.
Tubing includes a variety of elastomers for industrial use, food grade
tubing and pharmaceutical.
